Hello everyone. I'm new here. I applied to MUA for medical school for January 2016. I was offered an interview last week (takes place tomorrow) -- before my MCAT score is available. Does this mean my stats are so bad that they'll just interview me for pre-med and not even bother waiting to see my MCAT score? Or does it mean MUA does not place much emphasis on MCAT scores and just need to have it on record but not for admission purposes to its medical school? Will they at least hint to you which program you'll be heading to during the interview? I called them and they said they'll decide after the interview. This is causing much anxiety for me because getting a loan for pre-med would be difficult. Thanks for any inputs.
My pre-med stats: Biol 1 & 2: 2.5
Chem 1 & 2: 3.5
Physics 1 & 2: 4.0
Org/Biochem: 2.5
A & P 1 and 2: 3.5
Embryology: 3.0
My undergrad GPA is 2.73
